JULIA ALLMAN
Certified Life Coach
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Julia, a certified life coach offering a compassionate, behavioral health and trauma-informed approach to personal growth and wellness. I provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore life challenges, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and healing.
My background includes religious studies and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health, with specialized focus on trauma-informed approaches to healing and wellness.
Having navigated profound life experiences myself, I bring empathy, authenticity, and understanding to my work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and belief systems. I believe healing and growth happen best within environments that are emotionally safe, nonjudgmental, and grounded in compassion.
Through one-on-one coaching, I support individuals as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, relationship struggles, stress, disappointments, and seasons of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Together, we work toward meaningful goals that support emotional wellness, spiritual growth, healthier coping strategies, and lasting personal transformation.
Some areas I can help with include:
Feeling stuck or uncertain in life
Navigating life transitions
Health and wellness goals
Building or maintaining healthy relationships
Recovering from setbacks or failure
Career or work-related goals
I approach each area with understanding, respect, and support, helping you explore your strengths and take steps forward at your own pace.
Three-session coaching bundles begin at $500 and are designed to provide personalized, supportive guidance as you move toward greater clarity, healing, and personal growth.
If this feels like the support you need to take the next step, let’s start a conversation and explore how we can work together.
““After years of working with various counselors and continuing to feel stuck, I was in a very low place when I reached out to Julia. In the year since beginning coaching with her, I’ve experienced more meaningful progress and positive change than I had in all of my previous counseling experiences combined.””
“What may feel like a dead end can become an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with a direction that better supports you.”
